FAQ

What is Carronite?
Carronite is Carron’s patented reinforcement system. Additional finishing layers strengthen the acrylic bath, improve rigidity and help retain water temperature for longer.

What does double-ended mean?
The bath has a reclining end at both sides, allowing you to relax facing either direction.

Are tap holes pre-drilled?
No. The bath is supplied without tap holes, allowing your installer to prepare it for your chosen tap arrangement.

Are bath panels included?
Only when selected. You can add a matching Carronite front panel, an end panel or both using the product options.

Do I need an end panel?
An end panel is needed where the end of the bath is exposed. If both ends are enclosed by walls, you will usually only need a front panel.

Is a bath waste included?
No. A bath waste is sold separately. Wastes are available separately.

What guarantee does the bath have?
The bath comes with a 40-year manufacturer’s guarantee covering manufacturing faults.
